Steven B. Graff-Radford, DDS, is director of the Headache, Orofacial Pain and Sleep Apnea Program at the Cedars-Sinai Pain Center. He is also an adjunct professor at the UCLA Pain Management Center and School of Dentistry, and a clinical professor at the University of Southern California School of Dentistry. Graff-Radford's research interests include the study of neuropathic facial pain and headache. He has written more than 150 articles, book chapters and scientific abstracts, and he lectures nationally and internationally on the management of head and neck pain. Graff-Radford has served as president of the Western Pain Society and the American Board of Orofacial Pain. He is immediate past president of the Headache Cooperative of the Pacific. In addition, he is a past board member of the American Headache Society and the American Academy of Orofacial Pain. He has served on the headache guidelines committee of the Agency for Healthcare Policy and Research, and now serves on the board of the Facial Pain Association. Graff-Radford received his dental degree from the University of Witwatersrand, South Africa. He completed a two-year pain management fellowship at the UCLA Department of Anesthesiology. Following his fellowship, he served as an assistant professor of Anesthesiology and director of Education at the UCLA Pain Management Center.
