The research of Ning-Ai Liu, MD, focuses on the developmental and molecular mechanisms underlying hypothalamic-pituitary pathophysiology. Her current research projects seek to identify new therapeutic targets of human pituitary tumor using zebrafish disease model. Major clinical research includes a phase II trial investigating the efficacy and safety of small molecule CDK inhibitor for treatment of Cushing’s disease.
